Custom work goes smoother when measurements, timing, payment, and handoff are confirmed before production.
Measurements & ApprovalWabash manufactures to the finished dimensions approved for the order. Customer-supplied measurements should be verified before production begins.
Production & Lead TimeRequested completion dates are reviewed against order size, materials, finishing requirements, and the current production schedule. An estimated completion date is confirmed with your quote/order.
Changes After ApprovalChanges requested after the order is approved or production has begun may affect material requirements, pricing, and completion time.
50/50 Payment TermsNo payment is collected with a quote request. After order approval, Wabash sends a secure online payment link or invoice for the 50% production deposit. Online payment may be made by debit card, credit card, or ACH. The remaining 50% is due when the order is complete and ready for pickup, delivery, or installation.
DeliveryDelivery is not included in product pricing unless specifically shown on your quote. It is an optional paid service quoted separately based on order size and destination.
InstallationInstallation is optional and quoted separately based on project location and scope. Final details are confirmed before the work is scheduled.
